Eligibility Criteria

This fellowship is open to Indian nationals meeting the following requirements:

• Valid Indian passport and born after January 1, 1990.
• Must have completed 12th grade, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree (if applying for a Master’s program).
• Achieved a minimum of 55% marks in the last qualification.
• Candidates with a Master’s degree from abroad or currently studying abroad are not eligible.

Scholarship Terms

The scholarship offers financial support under these terms:

• Funding: 25% of tuition fees or ?3,00,000, whichever is lower.
• Proof of additional funding sources is required from selected candidates.
• Scholars must disclose any other scholarships received for the same course.
• A maximum of 30 consecutive days’ stay in India is allowed during the course.
• If the course does not start within six months of selection, the fellowship may be reallocated to a candidate on the waiting list.

Non Eligible Programs

The fellowship does not fund:

• MBBS/Medicine programs in China, the Philippines, Georgia, Russia, and Ukraine.
• PhD or Postdoctoral programs globally.
• Courses for students studying in India.
